Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty supplies in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including your completed Return Authorization form inside.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
